Dance builds a sense of pride as well as habits of self-discipline

Approach each class as if you were ready to Shine!

Why We Wear Dance Attire
It enables dancers to achieve the full range of motion and allows instructors to observe proper technique, body movements, muscle use and alignment.
It also creates a uniformed look, which lessens any visual distractions for the instructor and choreographer and builds a team atmosphere to reduce competition between dancers within a class.
What’s Not Accepted In Class
No jeans, loose fitting t-shirts, bulky sweaters or baggy pants.
No watches or jewelry
Food, Gum and Candy are not allowed during class time.
Water bottles are highly encouraged, with plain water. Please no juice or milk.
Please label all belongings
It is at the discretion of the instructor whether or not to permit a student to dance without proper dance wear. To avoid any disappointment, please arrive on time prepared to dance in proper attire.
