A one-time annual Member Fee of $35 will be applied to each registered student.
All performance classes include all tuition and administration fees for the season, including costuming for the year end showcase.
All Full Year Dance Classes are expected to perform in the year-end showcase.
All Festival and Competition classes include all tuition and administration fees for the season, excluding costumes and competition entry fees.
All Festival and Competitive classes will have a costume deposit of $45 to be paid at time of registration. Balances on Costumes will be added once the final costume orders have been calculated.
All Competitive Solos and Duets will have a costume deposit of $45 to be paid at time of registration. Balances on Costumes will be added once the final costume orders have been calculated.
Festival Entry Fees and Competition Entry Fees are not included in the tuition fees. A $50 per dance deposit is required by November 1st for EACH Competitive and Festival Class, Solos and Duets. All entry fees will be added to accounts in November and are due by February 1st, 2020. **Entry fees are estimated at $40-$55 per group dance, per event**
Accelerate Ballet, Accelerate Jazz, Accelerate Tap and Acro Tech classes are Non-Performance and do not perform in our year-end showcase.
Ballet and Tap students with exam potential may be invited to participate in Syllabus Exams. Exam fees are additional fees ranging from $50-$180 depending on the exam level.
Member Registration,Tuition Deposits, Costume Deposits and Competition entry deposits are non-refundable upon registration.

Jump Rope Tuition

RSC Sanctioned competition entry fees are not included in the tuition fees. All entry fees will be added to accounts 1 month prior to each competition and are due before the competition start **Entry fees are estimated at $50-130 per competition depending on the location **

|A $35 non-refundable Member Registration fee and a $75 non-refundable per class deposit is required upon registration. As of September 30, 2020: all fees for the 2020/21 season are considered final and due. ALL tuition and costume fees are non-refundable after this date.|
Refunds on Full or Half Year Registration (less the Member Registration Fee and Class Deposit) may be considered prior to the start of the season, if cancellation notice is received in writing by September 1, 2020.Refunds are not offered on weekly sessions, workshops, intensives, drop-ins or special promotions. Potential Refunds on unused tuition will be approved within the first 3 weeks of the dance season.
|Tuition fees are based on a set number of classes and programming expenses from September to June and do not correspond to the number of weeks in any one month. For your convenience, tuition fees for full season registration may be divided into 6, 8 or 10 monthly instalments. No refunds or rescheduled classes will be offered for student absences. Student absence is not an indication of class withdraw. The studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to instructor illness or emergency and inclement weather. In such a case, efforts will be made to reschedule classes cancelled by the studio when possible.|
|Please ensure payments are arranged with administration by September 15th, 2020. Monthly instalment payments are due by 1st of the month. All account payments are to be received to the Administration desk. Instructors are not responsible to accept member payments. Unless otherwise arranged with the Owner, accounts for the 2020/21 season must be paid in full by May 1st, 2020. A Late Penalty of 10% per month on the balance owing at May 20, 2020 will apply to past due accounts until the account is paid.|
Outstanding accounts are subject to suspension of classes, performances, festivals, competitions, exams or events, until the outstanding amount is paid in full or arrangements have been honoured.

|Fundraising at Connectivity Dance is an optional program provided for parents to help off-set dance fees ~ tuition, dance wear, workshops, intensives, competitions, and events! Any Fundraising Credits will be applied directly to your Personal Dance Account and must be used within 12 months of issue. Fundraising credits cannot be paid out as cash. If a student is withdrawn, credits will be applied to any remaining fees; and remaining credits forfeited upon withdrawal. Refunds and exchanges on damaged items will only be considered on fundraising items within 24 hours of receipt of items, or as per the terms of the refund policy of the specific Fundraiser. Fundraising orders must be confirmed with volunteers prior to leaving the building and are the responsibility of the participant from that point.|
