CONDITIONING

  • For students who require additional one to one coaching to prepare for examinations or competition for Dance, Acro or Jump Rope.
  • For individuals wanting to improve neuro-muscular patterning, postural alignment, ease of movement and muscle tone.
  • Any dancer who would like additional training in any genre.

MOVEMENT FUNDAMENTALS

  • For children with learning disabilities or special needs.
  • Classes are tailored to specific needs and developmental goals of the child.
  • If desired, working toward inclusion to regularly scheduled classes will be facilitated.
  • Session practices use methods of dance that promote full neuro-muscular engagement and use of fundamental movement patterns to help make advances in full body connections through Bartenieff Fundamentals.
