CONNECTIVITY SKIPPERS
Promoting active lifestyles.

Jump Rope is a great way to stay fit and have fun.
​
Introducing youth to the various techniques of jump rope – single rope, long rope and double dutch.
Programming follows the CanSkip and Punk Rope Programs and aligns with Long-Term Athlete Development for both Individual and Team skills.
Connectivity Skippers are registered with both Rope Skipping Canada and Rope Skipping Alberta and are a member of True Sport.
The Connectivity Skipping program runs September to June.

We provide community event opportunities throughout our season, as well as school demos with Jump Rope for Heart.
